      Flexible schedule. The work was easy and repetitive. No micro-managing. Opportunity to grow in the position. Good medical benefits.

      The pay is low and the raises and yearly bonuses are even lower.

      lots of positions and the money is great.

      You are a number, and management will treat you as that. They preach kindness and inclusiveness in all their meetings, yet management doesn't treat you that way individually.
