The company is going through a big amount of change as a result of merger and acquisition activity, but the changes are an indication of the success and path being paved forward--a result of leading in the space. Leadership is realistic about pace of change and creates a culture to support work/life balance. The great part about working at HealthEquity is that if you want to contribute your talents in a meaningful way and be part of the solution, you have a voice! For the size of the company there's not the red tape and hoops you might expect. The people are genuine, nice and treat each other very well-- and that can be seen at the top of the org. too. If you have a great idea and a good plan, you can do great things here. The best part is that the work you are doing each day truly matters and impacts people's lives for the better. Win-win!
