      I love how HQY is so family oriented. The opportunity to advance is so reachable goal.

      Cons

      Cstat. Mbrs call in upset and takes it out on you, preventing us from bonus and even employment.

      Full quiver of health benefits and incentives, once a year performance bonus based on reviews, remote work with flexibility for your work schedule

      Cons

      Much harder to increase salary each year in the same position unless you take a position with a pay grade increase

      Great executive leadership

      Pros

      Execs are personable and stay true to their vision

      Cons

      Lower leadership struggles to align and lead with the same vision as the execs. They try- but since the WW acquisition there is a lot of conflicting leadership styles. The push to focus on diversity and inclusion has now made me feel uncomfortable and out of place.
