In short on benefits, we do robust benchmarking and do find our full benefits offering to be fairly generous compared to benchmarking. That said, not all team members will value certain benefits the same way. On recruiting, I get the sentiment behind your feedback. You're absolutley right that HealthEquity can be a good/great/remarkable place with changes. And the opportunity is to have productive feedback from team members and leadership that genuinely listens and engages in the feedback. No one person will have all the answers so it takes a collection of team members working together to problem solve and create opportunities for an even better working environment.
