HealthEquity has a great culture and truly is passionate about its employees and the clients… They have taken the concept of purple culture and the read it through every corner of the business! Benefits are good; HSA benefits are top notch. I have a generous wellness program, and even a travel and adventure benefit. Overall comp is good.

Cons

Health equity is still trying to figure out its identity since acquiring wage works and other companies. It’s sometimes feels very fragmented, and at odds, with with the company stands for.
