Pros

Able to work from home. I feel respected as a team member. HealthEquity shares its success by awarding bonuses, recognizing team members for excellent service, and provides great benefits for all employees. Encourages members to volunteer in their community. Allows flexible working hours. HealthEquity realizes the importance of the work/life balance.

Cons

I prefer a pay schedule to be biweekly, not semi-monthly, as it currently is.

Not only does HealthEquity conduct frequent teammate surveys, but they actually listen and incorporate feedback where they can. HealthEquity lists salary ranges on all job postings, which helps with transparency and level-setting. HealthEquity leadership is great! Benefits package and HSA contributions are very competitive.

Cons

Any cons are negligible at HealthEquity.
