Pros

Exclusively work from home, positive work culture is a real thing at this company, good benefits, leadership is very accessible, company objectives are widely supported by all, and the company does have a solid benefits pkg.

Cons

If you like to work in-person with your team, there isn't a whole lot of opportunity to do so. But for me, virtual works perfectly! So this isn't a con for me.

Nothing, the place is information overload everywhere. 60 hour weeks on salary.

Cons

The will work you to death and then blame it on you when you dont perform. They do not stand next to their Purple Culture. The Culture is a way to get you in and wont take you long to realize is just a Cosmetic Culture that really does not care about you.

One of the best organizations as a whole I've ever worked for. HQY has a deeply impactful and critical mission to deliver world-class health finance benefits for all Americans. Almost everything that all of the teams engage in daily is to help support and drive the mission of connecting Health and Wealth. Truly remarkable executive leadership and values.

Cons

Honestly, none at all that would impact any potential job applicants. This is a wonderful company to work for.. remote first and people driven.
