Love the mission and culture. People are great - very supportive and collaborative. HealthCare tech space is going through a huge transition. HealthEquity overlaps Healthcare, financial service and consumer experience. Its an organization going through digital transformation - so exciting to be part of the journey.

Cons

As with any organization, not all teams are moving at the same speed. But that's common in any large organization.
