HealthMEDX is a great company. It was just acquired by Netsmart which will be very beneficial to infusing capital to enhance the product line.

Relaxed atmosphere, not a lot of micromanaging, lots of chill people in support.

Cons

Too many 'bosses' for support reps. Bonus structure is designed to ensure they are not required to pay all of it out. Career opportunities from within are non-existent. Don't be fooled by other reviews.
