      Pros

      Cares about Employees, Pay is great! Benefits affordable. Full Line of Benefits. Executive team very knowledgeable. Great place to work for. They have a vision and a drive that is very appealing to someone with ambition. They promote within. Very smart and talented employees. COO took the time with every employee which showed dedication. Not only in words but in action.

      Cons

      Company dealing with employee uncertainty since the company was acquired few years ago. Employees don't get that they where acquired for the talent!

      Pros

      Great people, product is one that helps people. Product direction is to really make a difference in Healthcare. Casual atmosphere but strong work ethic is a tremendous benefit.

      Cons

      Young and growing company therefore you need to be self motivated. People who want to grow, work hard will succeed here. If you just want to come to work but in your hours but not make a difference you won't be successful at HealthMEDX.
