Pros

For a test/QA professional the test environment and code deployments are NOT an issue. The test environment is highly organized and deployed automatically up to 9 times a day and I've yet to experience any downtime. The product is solid, complex as most healthcare software is. The new office in Louisville is an expansion, so there is growth. Allow work from home during bad weather and as needed which is GREAT. IT staff is responsive and organized (I've never seen that before).

Cons

Vacation time needs improved, it's currently standard but should be considered for improvement. Benefits are good, but company needs to provide a regular work from home day. The office is at the moment temporary, so that's awkward but should be resolved by April 2015.

Pros

Great benefits package. Also, the industry is growing rapidly and HealthMEDX is poised to take the market over. Management is flexible with scheduling, and we're able to work from home when we need to. The casual dress code is also nice.

Cons

Work-life balance can be lacking at times, Management has a failure to execute at times.
