      If you are a Developer this is the worst place to work...

      Pros

      Don't really much to add here other than the cheap monthly lunches.

      Cons

      Totally out of their minds; this place think they are a hot shot. The Developing teams love to schedule tons of meetings for no reason at all, they cannot even keep track of 100s of bugs they currently have (I feel bad for all those customers that already purchase the software). They love to follow an extremely strictly agile methodology we truly do not understand the meaning of Agile at all. The politics between the two office are getting out of control, I feel sorry for the new hires in the Colorado office.

      I enjoy coming to work every day as I work with some great people

      Cons

      One of the managers is a micro-manager that's focused more on numbers and not his employees. Every time you need something, he makes you feel like he's doing you a favor instead of doing his job.
