Someone else wrote a review about the interview process and how arrogant are the Architects and some but not all of us developers in the Missouri office. I absolutely have to say that I second that; the Architects and some Senior developers that have been with the company since inspection are very and very Arrogant, it is undisputable the animosity between the two offices in Colorado and Missouri. Lucky enough I am not in Colorado but I hear and watch the conversations of some developers and Managers yes specially managers about the dislike of the two offices. This place is definitely extremely disorganize, lack of leadership and extreme turnover. The organization is in love with old technology and their legacy application using VB.net and Silverlight and many old obsolete technology’s. This place will end up either getting taking over by a bigger EMR software firm very soon if they don’t change their old school ways of writing bad software practices.

I have been given tremendous opportunities to grow and succeed at HMX. The management team truly believes in promoting from within, and works hard to look internally when promoting. I have personally benefited from that philosophy, and many of my colleagues have as well. I love working for a company that I can believe in, and I know that HMX has the most innovative product and vision in the industry. My colleagues and I work really hard, and we play hard too. I trust the leadership at HMX to take the company in the right direction, and to take care of me financially as well. We have great benefits and I feel well-compensated for my hard work.

Cons

Almost everyone at HMX works incredibly hard. I think sometimes that pressure gets to people when we're in a high-stress period.
