      Pros

      I enjoy the team I work with. Everyone is always willing to help out and friendly. There is some flexibility with my shift.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be a lot better for the amount of work. I wish we had better PTO. Sometimes changes are not communicated throughout the team/company.

      As a quickly growing company, things move at a fast pace. Dealing with clients in the demanding healthcare industry can be complex and, for some, stressful.
