Working from home, flexibility, work/life balance

Cons

The constant “unknown” there have been many people who have gotten let go in the past 3 months from our team. Not sure why. That may scare current employees and future employees who have been there or have recently gotten hired. Retaining employees is important and I feel this may be lacking. -Proper training

Work from home job was nice

Cons

Managers/team leads are awful. Unorganized Lack of good training Lack of sympathy for worker Will try to fire you unfairly and lie sayin you stole time when you have not. Micromanagement Even when you’re doing everything right they will still find something to be mad about. Very immature team leads No opportunity to move up Favoritism Refuse to give you your yearly raises, you have to beg and beg for them. Pay sucks. Over worked with no help Unrealistic goals
