Data entry and no phones

Cons

The pay is ridiculous, PTO is horrible along with benefits. There are constant changes. Not a lot of growth opportunities. Not enough federal holidays. Cheap company that doesn’t care about their staff. There are better companies out there.

the job was easy until they switched systems

Cons

they switched systems, are micromanaging, forced people to go to 35 hour work weeks, unorganized and the people who are supposed to help get mad when you actually ask for help

- Hybrid - Co-workers are all very nice and foster a pretty open and relaxed environment - Managers seem like they want you to enjoy working here

Cons

Pay could be better but that's about the only con I've found so far
