      Data entry and no phones

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculous, PTO is horrible along with benefits. There are constant changes. Not a lot of growth opportunities. Not enough federal holidays. Cheap company that doesn’t care about their staff. There are better companies out there.

      Pros

      • I love my coworkers. They are all very kind and we help each other. • The flexibility has been nice.

      Cons

      • Training is basically non-existent. • Management is not equipped to lead. • It takes way too long to get answers sometimes. • You are micromanaged. • Compliance with HIPAA is iffy at times. • Pay and benefits are not adequate. • It feels like there is some favoritism happening. • If you make suggestions they immediately get turned down. • If you bring up concerns they are ignored. • The daily meetings are excessive. Once a week would be fine. • Communication is really poor.
