Treating mandatory meetings as your hour lunch Management talking to base-line employees about you or others Changing the Handbook for the worse and letting no one know Ever changing Health Insurance from good to bad Pay does not stay competitive for the years you've been there/they don't match cost of living Talking to HR never felt worth it about any issue People scared to report higher ups as nothing will be done and fear of retaliation
