Pros

I appreciate how this company pays me what I am worth and provides a lot of additional incentives such as leads, technology, and stock. The training also has allowed me to take full advantage in this sometimes confusing industry.

Cons

Some people may consider not being paid for when not working a con but if that is the mindset this would not be the best career for them anyway.
