Pros

Good system, good people able and willing to help. Unlimited earning potential. Help with procuring license and getting appointments with companies.

Cons

Leads are expensive and a little help is given in terms of getting sales. Need to have capital in order to run your business. Training and oversight could be better.

The company gives you freedom to work on your own schedule and build your own client base. They have competitive commissions that can be very rewarding to agents

Cons

The training program was very disorganized. It took extremely long to begin the training process, and when it did it moved very slowly. There is not enough organization during the training
