      Pros

      I have worked for the company for many years. It has been a great pay structure, paying more than most, free leads (older, but I could always sell off of them), award ceremonies are wonderful, incentive trips are great

      Cons

      The training should be ongoing, better lead systems, better pay system to keep us in place. More fair treatment. The new pay system is horrible, as well as tier levels have been changed and those of us who have worked for the company are suffering. We work too hard to lose momentum.
