Reasonable benefits package and costs Good vacation/PTO once you've been there a few years Nice furniture, equipment, computers, etc provided in the workplace A lot of regular communication from the CEO

Cons

Very political environment with little job security for newer employees and/or managers Struggles between the "new guard" and the "old guard" at the upper management level Some "old guard" members remain in the way of progress/success Financial issues and assets to debt ratio is not good Concerns that the owners are prepping the company financials to be attractive as an acquisition by a larger therapy company
