Pros

Wonderful company culture. Trying to be more innovative last few years. Treat their employees very well. The best benefits package (healthcare).

Cons

The company still struggles with the "older" culture. However, this is changing fast. There are going to be many opportunities opening up at corporate.

Healthcare * Benefits * Culture * Schedule * Flexibility HealthPartners is concerned with their employees whole life wellness. The culture at HealthPartners is supportive and individual needs are always considered. They pay is good and the benefits are great.

Cons

Minnesota is cold! It would be a perfect fit if HealthPartners were in a warmer climate, but we can't have everything.
