Pros

HealthPartners is a great place to work. Partnership with other departments in company are second to none. Work/life balance is a priority and it shows.

Cons

The annual salary is sometimes less but if you compare this to an hourly salary, you will find that the rates are more then equitable.

Good company to work for, Great benefits. Supervisors really showed that they cared for your success

Cons

Didnt like hours at the beginning but you had opportunity within a short period to move up. Wasnt much time to take off, if you had plans for future trips they would have to be planned out or expect not to get it off. Was quite a lot of work but it helped to grow
