People tend to stay at the company for a long time limiting upward growth and stagnating the freshness of ideas at the leadership level.

I believe in the company and enjoy going to work everyday. Can't ask for much more.

Cons

We don't work at Healthpartners to get rich, but more competitive salaries in a city with lots of other large companies paying higher wages would help in retaining talent.

Pros

The benefits are excellent, and the management in Human Resources goes out of its way to treat employees well. My boss was the best I ever had and I am sorry I left.

Cons

The pay was not the best given the amount of work. Also, there was a lot of political maneuvering and backstabbing between departments.
