      Pros

      Ethical and works with medical leave easily. Most bosses are kind and do not micro manage. You hit your metrics and all is well.

      Cons

      Business and quality leads have drastically declined. Reducing income about 15k. Huge layoffs occurring more than a yearly cleaning house I've experienced over the years.

      Pros

      We are getting in new leadership and getting more updates and transparency. For a while it was all fear because of massive layoffs but they are bringing new people on hiring CSRs and Sales Agents.

      Cons

      No reviews to increase pay and the commissions are really poor, even if you sell well. They don't reward loyalty.

      Good pay but layoffs before AEP bonuses

      Structured system, good pay, bonus offered before AEP

      Cons

      Everything. Company is really interested in hiring for AEP. Then people are laid off without paying AEP bonus. They also tier their calls and carriers so everyone doesn’t have the same opportunity, then they release you before they pay the AEP bonus.

      Favortism with algorithms for only certain agents succeeding, click, gossiping among supervisory admin, last-minute layoffs, disorganization.

      It was a paying job...free coffee

      Cons

      Out bound sales with leads that were years old..bent medicare contact rules... Extreme favoritism... Layoff 75% of sales force after Open enrollment
