      They truly care about their workers' needs and concerns above all; as well as genuinely care about providing quality service to their consumers.

      Maybe a little too laxed/ lenient; but honestly nothing detrimental within the co.

      - Catered lunches - Start-up culture - Friendly/inclusive environment - Definitely learned a lot in about insurance and met wonderful people while working here

      Cons

      - Only offers the individuals who enroll the most during OEP for full-time positions - You can be such a great employee and offer so many skillsets to the table, but the upper management won't recognize those aspects and only choose those who enroll the most consumers during open enrollment. So if you want to be a full-time employee, enroll as many consumers as you can and disregard everything else.
