      Pros

      The company is double bottom line from the ground up and is doing high-impact work, but also doing sufficiently well to treat its employees well. Exciting times ahead!

      Cons

      As far as Silicon Valley companies go, this one's less likely to become a deca-unicorn (the two bottom lines have to stay in sync, after all), but that probably shouldn't be your motivation to join this team.

      Pros

      HealthSherpa has a world-class team. It's easy and inspiring to work with everyone at this company, from engineering to support. The leadership includes top-notch talent and vision. Some other pros include: 1) knowing my contribution is making a positive difference for all users and consumers, 2) knowing HealthSherpa is strengthening the ACA, and 3) knowing that our work is contributing to the success of an improved healthcare system. The location of the office is great, and the company offers excellent benefits with the goal of really taking care of its team!

      Cons

      I have only enjoyed positive experiences thus far! There's quite a bit of information and knowledge that a newcomer must develop in order to best serve the users and consumers. I definitely find it invigorating and exciting to embrace this opportunity.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere + powerful mission + smart people = Great place to work! Some cool things about working for a startup: - Catered lunches - Your opinion matters - Mandatory fun time - Great coffee - Cool office environments in fun locations (SF- Soma; Sacramento - Midtown)

      Cons

      There's so much opportunity that sometimes you can't get to everything you wish you could but that's the exciting thing about working here! As long as you take initiative to get things done and you're excited about what you're doing, then you're doing the right thing!
