Pros
need to involve in all area so it's good opportunity to grow yourself fully. to work in all area means you are not limited till front end developer or UI developer but I was working as full stake developer as well provide support on production and mantor team.
Cons
sometime when your responsibilities in all area means you have to be available if something goes wrong because there are limited people working with you so there is no alternative who can take care in your absence.
