HealthTrust is making a legitimate effort to reorganize and modernize its IT side. Old legacy systems have made modernization complicated, but the company is reaching a point where these systems can begin retirement. More innovative projects are on the horizon.

Cons

The large legacy systems have created some disorganization across the company, but responsibilities are slowly aligning and progress is being made.
