This is a very good salary for the market and today’s climate in the hospitals. Once you complete the very frustrating and tedious onboarding process you have a lot of flexibility when it comes to which of the many HCA hospitals you would like to work

Cons

Onboarding process extremely discouraging and deters a lot of good nurses I know from the company. You must do everything online yourself which includes uploading all of your own certifications and filling out massive amounts of online paperwork which gets rejected for the simplest of reasons.

Cons

- With the growth comes lots of change, not everyone wants to adapt which can slow progress - The primary database speed is not keeping up with the increase in team sizes
