      They offered highly competitive pay. Staff were very friendly.

      Cons

      Units were often short staffed and nurse:patient ratios were sometimes 1:8 on monitored units.

      Great organization with roots in HCA Healthcare to drive purpose for patient care. Growing organization provides opportunities for growth as long as skills and performance support, solid benefits.

      Cons

      Organization provides expense management services to Hospitals and Healthcare organizations, as a result salaries and wages can be strict. In roles like mine that are facility based, it can be difficult to manage two organizational cultures (facility and Supply Chain specific).
