      The senior leadership team provides clear direction on the direction the company is headed and make themselves available to any level of employee for discussion. Benefits are comparable to that in the industry. Work schedules are flexible to meet personal/family needs.

      Cons

      Administrative Assistant professionals are limited and their is no room for development and growth in that role. To advance you must seek a different role.
