      Pros

      The company is going strong and experiencing positive growth. With several new large members, there have been a number of new jobs created.

      Cons

      Too many new processes are being created that don't address root causes - just creates more work and wasted time without generating the needed results. Management does not demonstrate trust in employees and although will ask for feedback, does not take that feedback to heart and continues to make top-down decisions that do not reflect the feedback provided.

      Flexible, good wages and benefits.

      Cons

      No promotion opportunity. Contract Managers and Directors do the exact same tasks with same portfolio but directors are bonused and make more base, appearance of favorites.

      Procurement jobs are more like sales jobs. Lack of direction from managers.
