Upper Management is its own worst enemy

Falls under HCA umbrella, so benefits are decent as well as pay.

Cons

Recent organizational shift has left a lot developers feeling like they don't have a voice. Upper management is super disorganized and obsessed with org charts rather than getting their fingers on the pulse of the people that work for them and finding out if they are happy or not. (Hint, we're not)
