Pros

The people are great and the HQ in Sunrise has a few good amenities. Working from home was a major plus and the manager's I had were very understanding.

Cons

The only way to minimally move up is to sacrifice 50-70 hours of your time. They are prone to lay offs and even with years of service to the company you may be laid off with no cause or warning.
