Pros

Very convenient, can find and make your schedule monthly, biweekly, weekly or even daily. Pick your days, Don’t have to work weekends. Don’t have to be tied to one hospital

Cons

Not many benefits unless you do full time. At this time not able to do overtime unless signed by hospital CEO which can take forever. May need to increase hourly rate to help with inflation.
