Good Company but Managers Make the Difference

Pros

Good work-life balance. Good benefits. Able to move upwards. Good pay. Good managers make the job a lot smoother. Easy to work from remotely.

Cons

Only set training is given at orientation. Any other training is done by co-workers, your manager or someone your manager borrows for a couple of hours for you to shadow. How much knowledge you gain and what you are allowed to do is solely dependent on your managers' decisions.
