      The job provides great pay, and great flexibility.

      Cons

      There is volatility in your daily or nightly shifts, which require a high level of stress tolerance. The only required to work two days per month, and they do provide 401k matching. You have to work 1,000 hours in the previous year if you want to qualify for benefits.
