      Great people to work with. Friendly and collaborative.

      Cons

      Lack of resources, pay is too low. Leadership has a lot of new initiatives but do not invest in the manpower to get it done right.

      Pros

      You can make your own schedule and choose which facility you want to work at.

      Cons

      They will cancel your shifts often. They discontinued overtime for per diem staff and took away bonuses. You float throughout the facility. Never expect to be in the same place for multiple days.
