Top1-10 percent of recruiters make great money.

Cons

High turnover rate. 90-99 percent of recruiters don’t make good money. Easy burnout. A lot of cold calling. Offering nurses lower rates than other companies making it harder to recruit them. Low salaries for most employees yet the business makes billions in profits.
