Management hasn't taken the necessary steps to bring in the proper resources and instead rely on the same folks that have gotten them "this far" but lack the imagination and/or wherewithall to take them to the next level.

There were no pros in HWS.

Cons

Everything was a con at hws. Horrible treatment, favoritism, you WILL be a personal assistant to two recruiters and you will 100% be made to feel that way.
