Remotely working from home, my supervisor was the best I've had in the past 2 years versus the 5 before.

Cons

Low pay, corporate refuses to issue raises, bonuses are $25 gift cards once a year and very minimal room for growth.

hybrid schedule and some lunches. 90 day celebrated, birthdays celebrated, good benefits. Trainers are knowledgeable but there's no procedures .

Cons

the bombardment of rabbit hole emails. like just call IT for krissake or make your own master contact list, or start the name in emails so it comes up. toxic coworkers that delete your work or start a she said we said thing or clips of spreadsheets instead of the spreadsheets. over controlling spreadsheets from staff. many work more than 45 hours a week, you see their cursors move around. they don't want you to have 2 jobs because they don't allow for the time off- your hybrid and can work at night. no reason why you can't have 2 jobs except they don't want you financially independant (?)

Pros

Decent pay and good health benefits if you use HCA facilities.

Cons

The company policies are stuck in the 1950's. There is no work from home policy to speak of. Vacation time is limited and accrued VERY slowly. Bonuses can be good if you are at a director level or above. Annual 401K match vs. monthly and only being vested after five years are a joke.
