      Flexible, good wages and benefits.

      Cons

      No promotion opportunity. Contract Managers and Directors do the exact same tasks with same portfolio but directors are bonused and make more base, appearance of favorites.

      The privilege of having holidays stolen out of your PTO

      Little to no communication from any manager unless something was wrong, managers never supported recruiters when issues arose with facilities. From the top down its always the blame game. Long hours and EXTREME high volume. NO accountability from management on errors nor support departments when they dropped the ball. This company experiences high turnover for a REASON. Stay away if you value your sanity and a good workplace!
