Health Trust gives you the chance to learn and experience health care supply chain. There are many opportunities to the corporate ladder if you start as a tech.
Cons
The cons are based on the company's culture of adding more responsibilities with less resources, they expect you to work 10+ hours every day. So forget about having a normal work-life balance. Getting techs is hard, and you get pulled between hospital leaders' priorities and Health Trust. They pay is not the best, and retaining techs is hard, adding preassure to an already difficult job.
