There's a good work/life balance. Senior leadership listens to lower level employees and are fairly transparent. Culture is fairly healthy.

Cons

Pay is below average to average. Benefits are less than stellar. Whether you like your job or not will depend heavily on what team you hire in on. Some are great, some are incompetent. Middle management is a mixed bag, much like any other place.
