None, other than the fact that you do not have benefits, and have to plan for your own retirement.

Friendly work environment that is vocal about quality, change for the better, and success.

Cons

Failure to launch syndrome with current managment who was hired by VC to show'em how it is done. Everything can't be solved witha spreadsheet.
