      Pros

      This is a great workplace with good compensation. You meet a lot of great people who help you along the way develop into a good employee.

      Cons

      It is very time consuming. Sometimes you may have to work 16 hour shifts. May be away from your family for months at a time.

      This company does offer product managers profit sharing after being employed for one year. This is based on the employees performance evaluation of course.

      Cons

      This company is in the dark when it comes to technology. Most technology is being designed offshore. They basically go after rural markets because the products are such old technology.
