communication of less than ideal news is always delayed, to a fault...
the company has antiquated practices and are not on par with other similar companies...
job-related training is non-existent despite KNOWN steep learning curve...
documentation that would be useful to employees is sub-par...

does NOT use any of the best tools of the industry...quite possibly the cheapest or insufficient tools developed in-house...
knowledge sharing between departments is discouraged because time-lines are poorly managed...
knowledge sharing between teammates doesn't exist either for fear it will jeopardize their jobs (to a fault) - when they quit, the knowledge is gone...
NO synergy - 'every department for themselves' except when missing a deadline on a major release (forced cooperation that yields mediocre results)...silos
cross training isn't encouraged...
makes unrealistic promises to clients putting great strain on employees...
seeing the smaller clients get pushed aside for the larger ones consistently...
