No flexibility, Downward sales trend has lead to many layoffs, High turnover due to low job satisfaction. Fustrating payroll and accounting departments that effect when you get reimbursed for travel expenses. Pay is not competitive to other companies that have the same job description.

Investors took over the company and derailed it. Decision-making has been murky, expenditures wildly inconsistent and unexplained, profits milked out while employee gains have been modest to non-existent. Major brain drain while strong talent has fled and gone elsewhere. Extremely weak current sales leadership will make recovering from this position very difficult; knowledgeable and talented sales execs have departed for greener pastures.
